No. Everything runs in your browser. Paste a link, preview the media, and save it — there is nothing to download or extend.
Public pin links work best — both the full pinterest.com/pin/… address and the shorter pin.it/… share link. Board and profile URLs, and private or age-restricted pins, are not supported.
For images we offer every size Pinterest publishes, up to the original full-resolution upload whenever it is available. For videos we return the direct MP4 in the best quality on offer.
Some pins only expose a still preview in the page we read, so occasionally a video may surface as its cover image. If that happens, double-check you copied the link to the video pin itself rather than a board or a re-pin.
Straight to your device's normal downloads location. Files stream through this site only for the moment it takes to transfer them, so we can give them a clean, readable filename — nothing is stored on our server afterwards.
Saving pins for personal, offline reference is generally fine. Re-publishing or commercially using someone else's work is not — always credit creators and ask permission before reusing their content.
