Downloading Pinterest Images in Full, Original Quality

The image you see on a pin is usually a resized preview, not the file the creator uploaded. Pinterest generates several sizes of every image and serves whichever fits your screen. If you save what is on screen, you often end up with a smaller, softer copy than what actually exists.

How to get the biggest version

1. Copy the pin's link with Share → Copy link.
2. Paste it into the downloader at the top of this page.
3. Pick the highest resolution offered — it maps to Pinterest's original upload whenever that size is available.
